Frailty is a psychological thriller directed by Bill Paxton, who also stars in the film alongside Matthew McConaughey, Dennis Quaid, and Powers Boothe. The film delves into the disturbing tale of a young boy, Fenton, who witnesses his brother's murder and becomes convinced that a demonic entity is responsible.

Years later, Fenton, now a grown man (played by McConaughey), recounts the events of his childhood to a sceptical FBI agent (Powers Boothe). Fenton's narrative unfolds a chilling tale of faith, madness, and the lengths to which a father will go to protect his family.

As Fenton's story unfolds, the lines between reality and delusion blur. The audience is left questioning whether Fenton is a victim of a demonic conspiracy or if his own fragile mental state is driving him to commit horrific acts.
