Urban Legend

Natalie Simon (Alicia Witt), a bright and inquisitive journalism student, becomes obsessed with the murders and decides to investigate. She soon discovers that the killings are not random acts of violence, but rather the work of a meticulous and calculating serial killer.

As Natalie delves deeper into her investigation, she finds herself drawn into a dangerous game with the killer, who seems to be taunting her with each new murder. She also becomes increasingly close to Paul Gardner (Jared Leto), a fellow student who shares her fascination with urban legends.

Natalie's investigation leads her to a group of friends who are all connected to the murders in some way. She begins to suspect that one of them may be the killer, but she is unsure who to trust.

As the body count continues to rise, Natalie realizes that she is not just investigating a series of murders, but is also playing a part in a twisted and deadly game. She must find a way to stop the killer before it's too late, but she is also racing against time to save herself.
