Hancock
Hancock (2008) is a superhero comedy film starring Will Smith as John Hancock, a troubled superhero with a bad reputation. Hancock possesses superhuman strength and invulnerability, but his reckless behavior and destructive antics have alienated the public.
When Hancock saves a young boy from a train accident, his image begins to improve, thanks to the efforts of Ray Embrey (Jason Bateman), a cynical publicist who sees an opportunity to rehabilitate the superhero's reputation. However, Hancock's past actions and his volatile personality continue to hinder his progress.
As Hancock works to redeem himself, a new villain emerges, threatening the city and forcing Hancock to confront his demons and prove his worth as a true hero. The film explores themes of redemption, second chances, and the complexities of public perception.
