Secrets of the Museum

Following the team of experts and conservators who are hard at work behind the scenes of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. With over two million works in the collection, a great deal of effort is needed to care for fragile objects and ensure that they are in the best condition, both for public display and for future generations. The series follows these professionals as they restore treasured items and research their history, as well as gain insight into the hard work that goes into preparing for major exhibitions.
