Riley Connors (Kane), a former CIA analyst who is forced to go on the run after she blows the whistle on the government.

Two years later, Riley is living a quiet life in Colombia when she is approached by her former colleague, Bill Donovan (Weber). Bill offers Riley a deal: if she helps him take down a pair of corrupt Cuban bankers, she will be given a clean slate and allowed to return to the United States.

Riley is hesitant to accept Bill's offer, but she knows that it is her only chance to go home. She agrees to help Bill, but she soon realizes that he has ulterior motives. Bill is actually working for the corrupt bankers, and he is using Riley to get to them.

Riley must now use all of her skills and training to survive and to protect the people she loves. She must also confront her own demons and come to terms with her past.
