Cult of Chucky

Andy Barclay, a young boy, receives a box containing the decapitated head of Chucky, the killer doll who terrorised him in his childhood. Chucky is still conscious and deformed, having been repeatedly tortured by Andy as punishment for his crimes.

Meanwhile, Nica Pierce, the wheelchair-bound young woman who was also terrorised by Chucky in the previous film, has been transferred to a psychiatric hospital. Andy travels to the hospital to visit Nica, but he soon discovers that Chucky is there as well.

Andy learns that Chucky has used a voodoo spell to split his soul into multiple bodies, creating a "cult" of Chucky. Chucky plans to use his cult to kill Andy and Nica, and take over their bodies.

Andy and Nica must work together to stop Chucky and his cult before it's too late. They are eventually successful, but not before Chucky kills Tiffany, his former wife. The film ends with Andy and Nica leaving the psychiatric hospital, free from Chucky's terror.
