The Good Fight
The curtain falls on The Good Fight with a captivating and thought-provoking final season. Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) feels an unsettling sense of deja vu as the season opens. The overturning of Roe v. Wade, voter suppression attempts, and a return to Cold War tensions bring back a wave of frustration and a sense that history might be repeating itself.
Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart finds itself at the forefront of these social battles. They take on a case involving a Black NFL coach facing racial discrimination from a powerful team owner, highlighting the ongoing fight for equality. The firm also comes under scrutiny from the FBI, forcing them to protect themselves and their clients while remaining true to their principles.
As the season progresses, the question of leadership takes centre stage. Liz Reddick (Audra McDonald) and Ri'Chard Lane (Andre Braugher) strive to solidify their working relationship, leading to a surprising discovery about Ri'Chard's past and Liz's family history.
