Pet Sematary
Pet Sematary (2019) is a horror film that serves as a remake of the 1989 film of the same name, based on Stephen King's 1983 novel. The film follows Dr. Louis Creed (Jason Clarke) and his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz) as they move to a small town in rural Maine with their young children, Gage and Ellie.
The Creed family discovers a mysterious burial ground near their home, where local children have buried their beloved pets. When Gage is tragically killed in an accident, Louis, desperate to bring his son back, decides to bury him in the pet cemetery.
However, the cemetery holds a sinister secret. As Gage returns from the dead, he becomes increasingly violent and disturbing, and the Creed family must confront the horrifying consequences of their actions. John Lithgow plays Jud Crandall, a local who warns Louis of the dangers of the burial ground and becomes a central figure in the story.
