The Usual Suspects (1995) is a neo-noir crime thriller that masterfully blends suspense, mystery, and psychological drama. Directed by Bryan Singer and written by Christopher McQuarrie, the film follows a jaded FBI agent, Kujan (Gabriel Byrne), investigating a charred ship wreckage on the docks of San Pedro, California. The only two survivors are a Hungarian gangster named Saënt John (Paul Guilfoyle) and a small-time conman, Roger "Verbal" Kint.

Kujan meticulously interrogates Verbal, who narrates a convoluted story about his involvement in a heist orchestrated by a shadowy figure named Dean Keaton. Verbal's tale involves a motley crew of criminals, each forced to work together reluctantly. As the story progresses, it becomes clear that Keaton may not even exist, and a far more dangerous figure might be pulling the strings: the enigmatic Keyser Soze.

Keyser Soze, a name whispered with fear and respect throughout the criminal underworld, is a figure shrouded in mystery. Verbal's narrative delves into Soze's past, showcasing his ruthlessness and cunning. However, Soze's true existence remains a question mark, leaving viewers wondering if he's a real person or a figment of Verbal's imagination. Just who is Keyser Soze?
