A subsequent power outage leads to the first family's evacuation to a bunker, where Chucky goes unnoticed until later. As the president faces a hacking revelation, a sceptical reporter probes the administration's transparency.
Meanwhile, Chucky, posing as "Joseph," becomes a chilling presence in the Oval Office and executes a deadly act. Simultaneously, our main characters, Jake, Devon, and Lexy, utilise social media to track Chucky, setting the stage for their impending confrontation.

Chucky leaves a trail of bloodiness in the White House while the government is desperately covering up his murder acts.
In episode 2, Jake, Devon, and Lexy hatch a plan to reach Chucky by befriending the President's son, Grant, who lost a sibling. Meanwhile, the murderous doll "Joseph" (Chucky in disguise) wreaks havoc in the White House, eliminating the President's secretary. Government agent Price discovers the body and joins forces with the First Lady in a cover-up to protect the administration's image. While Grant invites the trio to a Halloween party, things take a tragic turn when their guardian, Miss Fairchild, is murdered by Chucky. Price uses this opportunity to blackmail the First Lady, keeping government secrets and the killings under wraps. Chucky S3 Ep3 Recap:
Questions answered on why and how Chucky is in the White House and what’s going down with Tiffany!
This episode of Chucky fills in the gaps between seasons. We flashback to January when Chucky gets arrested with Tiffany but escapes with Caroline. Unfortunately, Chucky is cursed with religious magic and needs a special survival ritual, requiring sacrifices in a very evil place. They attempt the ritual at the infamous Amityville house, but it fails. The White House, however, seems evil enough due to the weighty decisions made within its walls. Chucky uses Henry, the President's grieving son, to gain access. We see Caroline helped Chucky prepare but couldn't join him, hinting at a surprisingly close bond.
On the other hand, Jake, Devon, and Lexy plan to attend the White House Halloween party, setting the stage for a bloody showdown between them and Chucky.
Chucky S3 Ep 4 Recap:
Chucky throws a deadly Halloween party, while Tiffany shows off her voodoo mastery behind bars.
The last episode of Part 1 splits the chills between the White House and a Texas prison. At the White House Halloween party, Chucky, disguised as the Phantom of the Opera, loosens a giant chandelier, causing a deadly shower of crystals and killing multiple partygoers. Despite eliminating 13 victims (more than his ritual required), Chucky's attempt to regain youth through a voodoo chant fails, leaving him looking older than ever.
Meanwhile, Tiffany, now on death row in Texas, uses her cunning to great effect. She befriends a celebrity chef named Evelyn, only to later unleash voodoo torture, forcing Evelyn to commit a gruesome suicide during a cooking demonstration. Tiffany then uses gum to create a voodoo doll of a guard and blackmails her into acquiring personal items from other guards, setting the stage for a potential prison escape.
With Chucky stuck in a decaying body and Tiffany on the verge of breaking free, Chucky Season 3 Part 2 promises to have even more chaos and violence as Chucky’s ready to conquer in a blaze of gory.
