2024 Circle Chart Music Awards: Big Night for NCT Dream, SEVENTEEN, and BTS's Jungkook!

The 2024 Circle Chart Music Awards, held on January 10th, 2024, saw a dazzling night of celebration and recognition for the top artists in Korean music. While many talented acts walked away with trophies, NCT Dream, SEVENTEEN, and BTS's Jungkook emerged as the true kings of the night, each taking home three awards.

NCT Dream reigned supreme, claiming the coveted Digital Album of the Year award for their powerhouse album "ISTJ." Additionally, they were crowned both Artist of the Year (Album) and World K-pop Star, solidifying their global influence and chart dominance.

SEVENTEEN, known for their intricate choreography and dynamic stage presence, were awarded Artist of the Year (Album) for their expansive album "Seventeen Heaven." They also secured the Retail Album of the Year trophy and the KiT Album of the Year award, showcasing their versatility and appeal across distribution channels.

BTS's Jungkook, venturing into solo territory with his recent release "GOLDEN," proved his star power by winning Artist of the Year (Digital), Artist of the Year (Global Streaming), and Artist of the Year (Album). His collaboration with Latto on "Seven" was another highlight of the night, solidifying his musical prowess and international reach.

Other notable wins included (G)I-DLE's "Queencard" and IVE's "I AM" claiming the top spots in the Artist of the Year (Digital) and Artist of the Year (Global Streaming) categories, respectively. BLACKPINK's Jisoo's solo debut with "FLOWER" earned her Artist of the Year (Global Streaming) recognition, further demonstrating the group's individual talent and star power.

Beyond the big awards, the night saw diverse acts recognised across various categories. Genre of the Year (Trot) went to Lee Chan-won for his soulful ballad "Wish Lanterns," while Charlie Puth's infectious tune "Dangerously" clinched Song of the Year in International Pop.
