Why Now?
Motorsport is more popular than ever, thanks to Netflix’s DRIVE TO SURVIVE, which has reinvigorated public interest in Formula 1. The success of films such as THE DAWN WALL shows a real appetite for sports stories, especially when they reveal a deeper personal struggle and connect with universal themes beyond the sport.
A Tale of Grit and Determination
Follow Vivian Siu, an amateur female racing driver, as she ventures into the unknown, striving to compete in the Macau Grand Prix. Self-funded and with almost zero driving experience, she leapt from junior karting to the first female driver in Formula 4 Chinese Championship. Facing enormous challenges, Vivian’s story is one of sheer stubbornness and determination, transforming her from a school dropout to an Ivy League graduate, and then into a pioneering racer.
