Django Unchained

Django Freeman (Jamie Foxx), a slave who is freed by a German bounty hunter named Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz). Django joins Schultz in his bounty hunting business, but he is ultimately motivated by a single goal: to rescue his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) from the brutal plantation owner Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).

Django and Schultz pose as buyers in order to infiltrate Candie's plantation, but their true intentions are soon discovered. Django is forced to fight for his life in a brutal gladiatorial arena, but he eventually emerges victorious.

The two then team up with Stephen (Samuel L. Jackson), a house slave who has been secretly working to undermine Candie's operation. Together, they devise a plan to rescue Broomhilda and escape the plantation.
