Wood's journey took him through some of the most remote and dangerous parts of the world, including the war-torn region of Kashmir and the treacherous Khyber Pass. He encountered a variety of challenges, including harsh weather, difficult terrain, and political unrest.
Despite the challenges, Wood was determined to complete his journey. He was inspired by the Himalayas' beauty and the people who live along its banks. He also wanted to raise awareness of the environmental challenges facing the Himalayas.
